Care after purchase
Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage depends on the specific product and the warranty actually approved for that item. Product-page wording must match the underlying offer and evidence.
Warranty period
The warranty period, if any, is the period explicitly shown on the relevant product listing or provided with the product. The sample Metro Pro configuration currently lists “2 Years of Warranty” as supplied product information; the business must verify and honour that offer before accepting orders. Other products do not automatically receive a two-year warranty.
What may qualify
A claim may be considered where a defect appears within the stated warranty period and the issue falls within the actual warranty terms. The team may ask for the order number or proof of purchase, photographs, a description of the issue and the product for inspection. The precise coverage must be confirmed for each brand and product.
Assessment and outcome
Following assessment, and subject to the actual warranty terms and applicable law, a qualifying case may result in repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy. We will explain the outcome and any practical next step. This policy does not represent that a third-party manufacturer has agreed to honour a particular claim.
Common exclusions
Where lawful and consistent with the product’s actual warranty, coverage may not extend to normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, damage caused by inappropriate cleaning or storage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or damage outside the product’s intended use. These examples cannot be used to exclude non-excludable consumer rights.
How to request assistance
Email mail@andshaders.com with your order number, purchase details, the stated warranty period and a clear explanation of the problem. Keep the product and proof of purchase while the claim is reviewed. Do not assume that a “CE Certified” or other product statement itself establishes a warranty or a manufacturer’s approval.
Legal rights
This policy supplements rather than replaces applicable statutory consumer rights. Where the law requires a remedy, a product warranty will not be interpreted as reducing that right. The business should confirm its supplier agreements and product-specific warranty terms with a qualified adviser before launch.
