You may use this website to browse the catalogue, make enquiries and submit genuine order requests. You must provide accurate information, respect applicable law and not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted files, test security controls without permission, or submit abusive or fraudulent requests.

Who we are

&Shaders is a trademark of &FineCollections, operating in Bangladesh. References to “&Shaders”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the business operating this website under that brand. The official business address is P3, Block NW, Gulshan North Avenue, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. Contact details for customer enquiries are shown at the end of this page.

Product information and intellectual property

We aim to present product names, images, colours, specifications and prices accurately. Actual appearance can vary by screen, lighting and the physical product. Please ask us to clarify a specification before ordering where it matters to your decision.

The &Shaders name, brand identity and original website material belong to or are used by &FineCollections with the applicable rights. Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited to the extent permitted by law. Third-party brand names, including Ray-Ban and Nike, identify their respective brands only; listing a brand does not mean that &FineCollections owns its marks or logos.

Prices, discounts and availability

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) when a price has been configured and confirmed. A product without a confirmed price is not available to order through the checkout. An advertised discount is shown only when a valid regular price and lower discounted price are configured.

Stock status is managed in the product catalogue. Products marked Out of Stock, Coming Soon!, Discontinued or with unconfirmed availability cannot be ordered unless an expressly configured and lawful pre-order option is offered. We do not promise availability until the request has been reviewed.

Order requests and acceptance

Submitting the order form is a request to purchase, not an automatic guarantee that the order has been accepted. We may contact you to confirm product, quantity, contact details, address, delivery availability and any charge that must be confirmed before acceptance. We will not treat an automated website message alone as final acceptance unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

We may need to clarify, correct or decline a request where information is incomplete, a product has become unavailable, a price has clearly been entered incorrectly, delivery cannot be arranged, or a lawful reason applies. We will handle such cases fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Cash on Delivery and customer responsibilities

The launch payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), shown in Bengali as “পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর মূল্য পরিশোধ”. No card or online payment is requested through this website. Pay the confirmed amount to the courier or delivery representative when the product is delivered, following the confirmed delivery instructions.

You are responsible for supplying accurate contact numbers, a complete delivery address and any useful courier instructions. Please keep your phone available for reasonable order verification and delivery coordination.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery coverage, timing and any delivery charge must be confirmed by the team where not explicitly shown on the product or checkout. Return, refund, replacement and warranty requests are handled under the relevant policy pages and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability and general conditions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including non-excludable consumer protections. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate details supplied by a customer, unauthorised use of the website, or events beyond reasonable control, to the extent the law permits.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not mean it is waived. We may update these Terms when necessary; the version published on the website will apply prospectively, subject to any legal notice or consent requirement.

Contact and governing framework

These Terms are intended for the operation of &Shaders in Bangladesh and are subject to applicable laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021, and applicable data-protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026, subject to its applicable commencement and transitional provisions and any later amendments. The text is a general business draft and should be reviewed by a qualified Bangladeshi legal professional before launch.
