Shipping Policy
This page explains how &Shaders handles order verification, delivery coordination and Cash on Delivery requests in Bangladesh.
Order verification
After an order request is saved, the team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify the product, quantity, contact details, delivery address and availability. An order request is not final acceptance until the team confirms the arrangements.
Coverage and delivery timing
The website accepts destination details from the 64 Bangladesh districts and calculates the published flat delivery rate for the selected area. Actual serviceability, courier availability and estimated delivery timing can depend on the exact address and logistics arrangements, so the team may need to confirm these details before accepting the order. No specific delivery period is promised by this policy.
Flat delivery charges
The website calculates a flat delivery charge from the destination district and city/town: ৳80 for Dhaka; ৳110 for Chattogram; ৳110 for Narayanganj; and ৳150 for all other destinations in Bangladesh. Where a district or city/town is supplied as Dhaka, the Dhaka rate applies. The destination-based fee is shown in the order summary and included in the total payable amount before the order request is submitted. If the address needs correction or the courier cannot serve it, the team will contact the customer before confirming any different arrangement.
Cash on Delivery
The launch option is “Cash on Delivery // পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর মূল্য পরিশোধ”. Pay the confirmed amount in cash when the courier delivers the product. The website does not take online payment. Keep the phone number provided on the order available so the courier can coordinate delivery.
Address problems or failed delivery
Please provide the correct district, city or town, detailed address and helpful landmarks. Incomplete details, an unreachable phone number, courier service limitations or an unavailable recipient may delay or prevent delivery. We may contact you to correct an address or agree a new arrangement. Any re-delivery charges or cancellation effects must be explained before a new charge is applied.
Tracking and support
Order tracking is not advertised as an automated website feature at this time. If a tracking reference is available for your order, the team will share it through the contact method used for verification. For delivery enquiries, contact mail@andshaders.com.
